Vincent Van Gogh Artwork

This is a photo of me taken with my piece of artwork focused on a famous artist Vincent Van Gogh. Our first step was to draw the vase and the flowers with chalk before we can paint it. In the blue background I used a wet paint brush to make it look more affective then I got a dry paint brush to smooth out my background.

Run, Jump, Throw

This is a photo of me jumping hurdles in our new Kiwi Sports Run, Jump, Throw. It was fun because we learnt new skills like how to run in different techniques and we also learnt how to start running before a race. I enjoyed this because it was something different for me to learn.

Maths DLO

This is a collaborative poster I made with Fine. We had to explain in our own words what we did for our Maths Tasks this week. We were practising how to solve larger multiplication strategies using 'multiplication with algorithms'

This is a poster that explains the type of different rubbish that Room 5 collected. 

Maths Poster

This is a Maths Poster that explains how to solve a hard multiplication equation. This was one of the questions that we had to solve in our Maths Session. It shows that I have to practise learning how to use Multiplication in parts with larger numbers.

Pay it Forward

Part of last night's home learning was to do something with or for someone else. I chose to help my mum make a smoothie. We added fruits like apples, oranges and bananas plus milk. My mum and I felt happy because we haven't had a smoothie in a long time which was real fun  to see that we enjoyed it.

These are screenshots that Fine and I created to show if Breakfast in schools are important. We had to add 3 persuasive language features in to make it interesting to read. I think Breakfast in schools are important because kids need to be focused on learning tasks.
